I need a volunteer or 2 or 3 or 4 to help me on Thursday lunchtime - handing out flyers for the saturday afternoon event. Table will be in the entry to The Refrectory in  the Union Building from 11:15 to to 1:30ish. 

Can you please let me know if you can help me as I need help getting the table and chairs. 

Also can I have an idea of who might be attending on Saturday afternoon.
